In the North-Eastern part of Transcarpathia, there are several temples where the architects moved away from boykovsky style<\/a>. These are churches in the villages of Sol, Chernogolovka<\/a> andBukivts’ovo<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n

Only a few kilometers separate Kostrino<\/a> from the village of SolOf the velikobereznyansky district<\/a> Transcarpathian region, the first mention of which is contained in documents of the XVI century.<\/p>\n\n

Researchers believe that the first Church of the assumption was built in the village of Solholy mother<\/a>. This a wooden Shrine<\/a> built back in 1479. Unfortunately, this temple burned down and has not been preserved to this day. Perhaps the very location of this temple’s<\/a> in the village of Sol, old-timers call it a Fire.<\/p>\n

Appearance of the present Church in the village of SolSt. Basil The Great<\/a> (GPS: 48.95308855, 22.524218273591) very similar to the story a wooden temple from the village of kostrino. Researchers have two versions of this event. One by one, in 1707, the boykovsky wooden Church was moved to the village of Sol from the Carpathian village of Syanki. According to the second version, the temple was built in Syanki in 1703 and moved to the village of Sol in 1777.<\/a><\/p>\n\n

Saved here from the XVIII century. Vasilievskaya wooden Church<\/a> acquires others that are not typical for Boiko<\/a> type of form. The Church was probably built at the beginning of the XVIII century. In 1834, it was seriously rebuilt. As a result of this reconstruction, the second tier of the tent of the altarpiece and Navi was covered with a solid gable roof, and a Baroque bell tower was built over the Babinets, the forms of which are completely borrowed from stone architecture.<\/p>\n

The principle of three spaces has been preserved in the interior of the temple. Due to \nafter the mechanical reconstruction of 1834 this monument lost the proportions of boykovsky \nmade over the centuries, the shape of the temple has become heavy. This is exactly how boykovsky \nthe type of temples, moving to the South-West, took over from Western architectural styles \n– Gothic, Baroque-their characteristic facade with a bell tower.<\/p>\n\n
