Hier werden aus Kuhmilch nach Schweizer Technologie drei K\u00e4sesorten hergestellt: \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/valley-daffodils\/\">Narzi\u00df<\/a> \u041a\u0430\u0440\u043f\u0430\u0442\u00bb, \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/ekskursija-vulicjami-mista-hust\/\">Chust<\/a>\u00bb, &#8220;Celis&#8221;. Mit jeweils hundert Litern Milch werden zehn Kilogramm K\u00e4se hergestellt. Die lokalen K\u00e4sehersteller absolvierten ein Praktikum in der Schweiz, wo Sie praktische Erfahrungen sammelten, die es Ihnen erm\u00f6glichten, K\u00e4se auf europ\u00e4ischer Ebene zu produzieren.<\/p>\n<p>Celia K\u00e4serei ist in Erster Linie ein Soziales Projekt, das dem Dorf hilft, sich allm\u00e4hlich zu entwickeln. Milch wird sowohl von den Bewohnern der Unteren Siedlung als auch von den umliegenden D\u00f6rfern genommen. Um die Abw\u00e4sser der K\u00e4serei zu reinigen, wurden Kl\u00e4ranlagen gebaut. Auch eine Wasserleitung wurde gebaut . <a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/glory-mineral-water-transcarpahia\/\">Quellwasser<\/a>, das stammt aus einer Quelle am Rande des Dorfes. Dieses kristallklare Wasser wird nicht nur von der K\u00e4serei, sondern auch von den Dorfbewohnern verwendet.<\/p>\n<p>In der K\u00e4serei werden <a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/serednjanski-vina-istorija-i-suchasnis\/\">F\u00fchrungen mit Verkostung<\/a>.
