It is located in the building of the former komitat administration (zhupanat) &#8211; an architectural monument built in 1809 in the architectural style of classicism.\r\n\r\nThe Museum contains about 4,500 works that represent paintings, graphics, sculpture and decorative and applied art by outstanding domestic and foreign artists. A significant part of the exhibited paintings is dedicated to the legacy of the founders of the Subcarpathian school of fine art-Adalbert erdely and Joseph Boksai, as well as their talented students <a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/uzhgorodskij-muzej-fedora-manajla\/\">Fedor Manailo<\/a>, Andriy kotska, Zoltan soltes the the and Ernest Kontratovych. The Museum also houses paintings by famous artists of our region \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/mini-skulptura-gavrilo-martinovich-gljuk\/\">Gavrila Gluck<\/a>, By Anton Kashshay and Vasily Gabda. Masterpieces of graphics are represented by the works of Vilmos Berets and Sandor Petka, and sculptures are the works of Vasily Svida, Ivan Brovdi, Ivan Garapka. The Museum&#8217;s collection includes works by Ukrainian artists Ilya Brodlakovich-Vyshensky, Taras Shevchenko, Sergei Vasilkovsky, Afanasy Slastion, Ivan Trush, Alexander
