Here three types of cheeses are produced from cow&#8217;s milk using Swiss technology:\u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/valley-daffodils\/\">Narcissus<\/a> \u041a\u0430\u0440\u043f\u0430\u0442\u00bb, \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/ekskursija-vulicjami-mista-hust\/\">Khust<\/a>\u00bb, &#8220;Selissky&#8221;. For every hundred liters of milk, ten kilograms of cheese are made. Local cheesemakers were trained in Switzerland, where they gained practical experience, which allowed them to produce cheeses of European level.<\/p>\n<p>Zeliska dairy is first and foremost a social project that helps the village to develop gradually. Milk is accepted both from residents of the Lower Village and from surrounding villages. Treatment facilities were built to clean the cheese factory&#8217;s effluents. A water supply system was also constructed with <a href=\"https:\/\/go-to.rest\/blog\/glory-mineral-water-transcarpahia\/\">spring water<\/a>, which originates from a spring on the outskirts of the village. This cheese has a pronounced pleasant smell and taste, a dense yellow consistency;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Hust&#8221; is also a soft white cheese with a sweet and spicy taste and a pronounced aroma;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Narcissus of the Carpathians&#8221; is a semi-hard cheese with a bitter-spicy taste.
