The highest mountain in the Svidovets range Carpathian<\/a> is the mountain Bliznitsa, whose height is 1881 meters. This peak is associated with one of the most romantic legends<\/a>Transcarpathia.<\/p>\n

Once upon a time there were two twin brothers. They fell in love with one hutsulka<\/a>, Goryanka<\/a> I liked them, they were both handsome. It was difficult to make a choice. The girl asked the guys to give her time to think. After all hutsulka<\/a> suggested the brothers bring her a gift shovkovu kosuzu. Which of them will be the first to cope with this difficult task will receive her hand and heart. Went in search of the young man edelweiss<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They went to the mountains, where they had to meet the old one shepherd<\/a>. They told him about the girl and the search for the silk braid. The old man advised them not to risk their lives, to be more prudent and showed them dried flowers of Edelweiss, which he agreed to give them for free. But the proud young men refused, because they believed that it was not nice to deceive their beloved hutsulka. The shepherd told them how to get to the cliffs rocks<\/a>, where the flower grows.<\/p>\n

Overtaking each other, the brothers rushed and quickly ran to the rock. Both brothers intended to be the first. As soon as they touched the flower, the rock collapsed and they both broke.<\/p>\n

Beauty hutsulka<\/a> I waited for the boys for several days. Finally concerned for their fate she rose high in the air mountains<\/a> looking for their trail. When she reached the rocks, she saw her dead brothers. Unable to withstand this tragedy hutsulka threw herself down the mountain into the cliff.<\/p>\n\n

Since then, the mountain consists of three peaks, the Hutsuls called Bliznitsa. The next day after this tragic incident, gendarmerie officers came to the picturesque places to investigate the causes of the death of the twin brothers and the beautiful Hutsul girl. After interrogating the old shepherd, who told them about the reasons for the death of young people, the gendarmes were petrified with fear. Since then, three rocky mountains are located near the Hutsul Twins and are called the Gendarmes.<\/p>\n\n
